I wanted to say thank you for the work you did in the construction of our new Challenge Course for Recreation and Wellness at Purdue University. From start to finish, you made it easy to contact you and your staff. Any time I had a question you were happy to assist and provide any information I needed. During the prepping stage your team was helpful in giving ideas on how to design and determine locations for course structures. Once your team had arrived for construction, they were flexible in where final construction began and were open to modifications as they were needed. Now that it’s almost been a year since construction, I have appreciated the consistency in communication as post-construction issues have been resolved. Thanks for all the great work your team did. My wife and I partnered with Challenge Design Innovations for the design and installation of our new Aerial Adventure Park in Cocoa Beach, FL. CDI worked closely with us throughout the design and build process to help keep us informed and part of the decision-making progress on everything from the design itself to the final selection of gear and training schedule. We also currently work with them for continued annual inspection services and gear needs; they were able to work with us to have one of their Inspection staff-Andrew Morris-certified by the state of FL (in addition to the ACCT certification he holds) in order to complete our inspections and ensure they're accepted by our state. This responsiveness and willingness to meet our needs is indicative of CDl's approach to maintaining on­going and positive relationships with their clients.

The Greensboro Science Center has been working with Challenge Design Innovations for approximately 5 years. CDI designed and built a customized aerial adventure park themed to our vision. From the ground up, CDI has proved to be a wonderful full-service vendor, providing maintenance, consultation, gear, inspections and staff training after the build. This project involved not only the Center, but the City of Greensboro as well. CDI effectively communicated with all parties involved and received high praise from the City of Greensboro. 

CDI has been easy to talk to and quick to respond to any requests that we have made. We are satisfied with the quality and care of their work and would highly recommend the organization as a professional builder.
