Lindsey Van Buren has been part of the CDI family since 2012! As Director of Operations, she keeps the company running like a well-oiled machine, handling the day-to-day operations and making sure everything flows smoothly. Lindsey is also a big-picture thinker, helping to shape strategies that keep CDI moving toward its goals.

With her knack for contracts and proposals, project management, process improvement, and leading teams, Lindsey has been a key player in CDI’s success. She’s known for her ability to bring people together, tackle challenges head-on, and make things happen.

When she’s not at work, Lindsey is all about the outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, camping, or just exploring nature with her family, she’s in her element. Lindsey believes spending time outside is the perfect way to recharge and loves inspiring others to get out and enjoy the great outdoors too!
