Katie has been with CDI since 2008! In her role, Katie oversees the day-to-day services operations of the company, ensuring that all processes and procedures run smoothly and efficiently. She also plays a key role in developing and implementing business strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Katie's skills in project management, process improvement, and team leadership have been invaluable to Challenge Design's success. She is known for her ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and for her commitment to driving results.
In addition to her work at Challenge Design, Katie is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors with her family.
