Chris Kuczkowski

Chris K has been part of the CDI team since February 2017, and he wears a lot of hats—Service Coordinator, Inspector, Trainer, and all-around problem-solver. As Service Coordinator, Chris works closely with clients to schedule inspections and trainings, making sure their courses and staff are ready to go for the season. He also helps coordinate projects between teams and serves as a reliable resource for both staff and clients alike.

In the field, Chris plays a hands-on role inspecting courses and training staff to ensure everything is running safely and efficiently. He’s known for his calm, can-do attitude and his ability to keep things organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

Chris’s favorite part of the job? Being outside and helping programs grow. He loves supporting organizations as they improve their courses and operations—and ultimately helping more people get outdoors and push beyond their comfort zones.

When he’s not working with CDI, Chris is still outside any chance he gets. You’ll find him camping, backpacking, running, or out on the disc golf course. If it involves nature and fresh air, he’s all in.
